Brighter Choices was established in February 2005 by Lisa Carew; Managing Director and Louise Wilson; Commercial Director. Lisa and Louise worked successfully together for seven years in recruitment for an agency in Chester providing office staff. The time was right to start their own agency and Brighter Choices was created with a more modern approach offering a refreshing new way of meeting both staffing needs and meeting job expectations.
