Face to face service - we all rely on technology for speed and efficiency in communicating. At Brighter Choices we like to offer a personal service as well, really getting to know you and understanding your organisation, ensuring that we offer the most appropriate service.

Our candidate registration process – we have a 10 point check for all of our candidates, these are:

    • CV obtained
    • In-depth face to face interview conducted
    • Eligibility to work in UK confirmed
    • Photo ID validated against person, signed & dated copy retained
    • Medical questionnaire completed
    • References for last 2 years (at least 1 from present or most recent employer)
    • Relevant skills testing: i.e. copy typing & data entry test
    • Relevant qualifications verified
    • Unspent convictions disclosed
    • Experience in office based computer systems and office procedures

Honest approach - we only submit candidates that meet your brief and giving you regular honest progress updates: something our own research tells us is perceived to be missing in our industry a lot of the time. If we don’t have what a client is requiring we tell them. All candidates are met face to face and skills tested where appropriate.
