• In depth face to face interview conducted
• Eligibility to work in UK confirmed
• List 99 check
• Enhanced CRB Disclosure
• GTC status
• Photo ID validated against person, signed & dated copy retained
• Medical questionnaire completed
• References; a minimum of 2 professional references
